FG-26HL Series | 1/4″ & 6 mm Extended Die Grinders
Fuji’s FG-26HL straight grinders Series is a new addition to the FG-26H industrial die grinder family. With an additional 120 mm of length, the FG-26HL extended versions facilitate the operators’ job in restricted areas and ease the access inside parts. The FG-26HL delivers best in class run-out for an extended die grinder: less than 0.03 mm. This low run out significantly reduces wear to carbide burrs, thereby reducing operating costs and enhancing operator experience. The Fuji FG-26HL series includes optional lock-off roll throttle or lock-off lever handle throttle power mechanisms. These versatile industrial die grinders can be used for deburring, chamfering, as well as weld bead removal using carbide burrs. Their ergonomic features include being lightweight, and low noise level which enables operators to work more comfortably and efficiently.

Centrifugal Speed Governor
All FUJI Tools Grinders have a speed governor that keeps the working speed of the tool better than a traditional grinder. As a result, the tool will last longer due to the stability of the cutting speed, which keeps the air pressure constant and reduces wear of the governor parts.
Selection of Throttle Type
FUJI Tools grinders come with four different handle configurations available. Locking lever helps reduce the risk of inadvertent starting of the tool. The operator needs to push the locking lever (F type) or the locking button (M type) to start the operation of the tool. When the lever is released, the tool automatically reverts to the locked position.
