Bolt Removal Solution
Our most simple and most cost-effective bolt removal solution is to use tool model FG-2VX-50 / A-0107 in conjunction with Rotating File A-0004 and grind off one of the sides of the bolt.
The size of the bolt and material will determine the time it will take to perform the operation.
Generally speaking, it takes only a few minutes. When compared to the time it takes to remove bolts by other means which can be of up to 4 or even 6 hours for 1 single bolt it makes sense to consider the use of this technology. Just think of the hours you will save with the Operator down time let alone the frustration.
