Among the toughest jobs in a Classified Environment is being able to operate and not generate heat that could cause an explosion.
Jobs that take place in areas where flammable materials are present such as natural gas, methane, and all sorts of hydrocarbons, require a very special set of tools to be used. In many cases, they require to be Classified and Certified as Cold Work.

The bottom line is these tools can cut without a shutdown, habitat, pressurized welding enclosure, fireguards, and so on. Simply use the tool in whatever the environment may be. They are designed to cut skids, vessels and any other object that is welded onto the deck. Some people try to use Sawzalls, but they are not effective, efficient, produce heat and take far too long. This tool is specially designed to run flush against the deck or wall and remove the weld seam. And while removal depends on the thickness of the weld, there is nothing more effective and efficient in the World.
